Nicholas leads R Living's technology and strategic partnership efforts, bringing a background in analytics engineering and data-driven operations to the way the company evaluates markets, pricing, performance and growth. Based in Los Angeles, he also works directly with property owners, agents and local partners to turn each property's goals into a practical operating strategy. His approach is straightforward: communicate clearly, use the numbers where they matter, and build systems that make property ownership more hands-off without making the experience feel impersonal. Nicholas believes owners should understand why a strategy is being recommended—not simply be handed a projection and asked to trust it.
